H2.0 JEA Purification Center

WT Group’s Structural Engineering team provided the structural design for a specialty architectural metal canopy and perforated sunshade system at this innovative research and learning center. This project required detailed analysis and design of the spaceframe members, connections, and connection to the support structure to ensure seamless integration with the building’s architectural elements.

Coordination with the spaceframe design team was essential to achieve the desired aesthetic while maintaining strength and stability under wind and seismic loads.

WT Group also collaborated closely with the design and fabrication teams to ensure constructability, precise detailing, and efficient installation of the custom metal components.
