Sierra Monte

This project represents a single facet of a broader collaboration between Howard Hughes and our client within their newly developed communities. Initially tasked with construction management for this site, WT's involvement evolved following an assessment, leading to the provision of engineering services for a site layout redesign. Leveraging the combined expertise of our Las Vegas and Hoffman Estates teams, we delivered the revised layout, overseeing the project to its successful completion in early 2022.
