Topgolf continues to redefine recreational entertainment, and WT Group is proud to support its expansion across Florida with MEP engineering services for four high-profile locations: Panama City Beach, Viera, St. Petersburg, and Daytona Beach.

Each venue delivers Topgolf’s signature blend of sport, technology, and social energy. Guests of all skill levels can compete in interactive golf games enhanced by automatic distance and accuracy tracking, creating an engaging experience from the first swing. Climate-controlled hitting bays ensure year-round comfort, while the full-service restaurant and bar make each location a vibrant destination for families, friends, and corporate groups.

Working alongside ARCO Murray on all four projects, and in collaboration with ARIA Group Architects for the Daytona Beach site, WT Group designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems needed to support Topgolf’s advanced gameplay technology, high-volume food and beverage operations, and guest-focused amenities.
