Heidi Lapin has more than 25 years of experience working in local government.  She is known as an innovative, passionate and dynamic leader who focuses on details and data. Her proven strengths are in prioritizing, managing, and completing multiple, concurrently running projects in fast-paced environments on time and within budget.  Heidi is a “Swiss army knife” because she is able to adapt and blend the technical knowledge of our engineers, with her government background and business sense to provide excellent customer experiences.

Heidi sets standards at WT for the highest levels of customer experience, communications and satisfaction. She loves seeing projects come to fruition and gaining repeat clients as a result.
