Muchacho is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of global experience leading accounting, financial planning, and operational transformation across companies with high-growth environments. With deep expertise in FP&A, budgeting, internal control and compliance, and shared service center models, Miguel has consistently driven performance, profitability, and strategic alignment in complex, multicultural organizations.
Most recently, Miguel served as Managing Director of Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing at BDO USA, where he led client relationships and oversaw financial transformation projects for both startups and multinationals. Previously, he served as CFO of GroupM Miami and Regional Financial Operations Director / Working Capital Director for GroupM LATAM, where he spearheaded multi-million-dollar reconciliations, M&A initiatives, and internal control overhauls across 14 countries.
